Mallory is dedicated to empowering individuals to cultivate a mind-body connection, fostering awareness within their bodies through the transformative power of practice. Her yoga sessions seamlessly blend strength, balance, and intentional movement, creating a thoughtfully creative & playful sequence. Mallory has a degree in Exercise Science & Kinesiology and received her 200-hr Vinyasa/Hatha training certification through School Yoga Institute in Guatemala.
Brydie is passionate about accessibility and inclusivity in dance, physically emotionally and spiritually. Yoga helped explore her mind-body connection. To deepen her knowledge, she traveled to Goa, India, and achieved a multi style yoga certification, Yoga Alliance Certified, with the "Kashish School of Yoga". Brydie is one of the Lululemon Ambassadors in New Zealand.
Meet Ryan Foster, a seasoned instructor specializing in Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and breathwork. Rooted in a yogic and holistic lifestyle, Ryan brings a wealth of experience to guide you on a transformative journey. A personality in the Auckland running community and beloved wherever he goes, Ryan is part of our Mind and Soul team.
