Creator of an incomparable community of loyal friends and with vast experience when it comes to inclusion and training, Ben is a point of reference for everyone who wants to start their fitness journey.

Marwin Silerio has been a true force in the fitness industry since 2016. He has been nominated for Personal Trainer of the Year five times and is an award-winning group fitness instructor. But his impact goes far beyond awards and accolades. Marwin is passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their mental and physical health and to live with intention, confidence, and joy.

With over 6 years of experience in the fitness industry, instructing and coaching classes and individuals, training new instructors and presenting international masterclasses for

Les Mills, Bex love the essence of group training, bringing people together

and creating a community around fitness.
